Mr. Rukshan Ranabahu is a Senior Software Engineer currently working for a New Zealand software firm and has over 5 years of experience in the engineering field, including significant expertise in telecommunications digitization software development. He has a diverse professional background, having previously served as an officer in the Sri Lanka Administrative Service. He gained valuable experience working as an Assistant Divisional Secretary in the Anuradhapura, Thalawa Divisional Secretariat Office, where he was involved in various administrative functions and public service initiatives. Rukshan holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Moratuwa and a Diploma in Public Administration from the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA). With this unique blend of technical expertise and public administration experience, he is well-equipped to contribute effectively to the objectives of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission.
