Mr. Aruna Kukulegama gained Bachelor of Laws degree from the Open University of Sri Lanka. Given oaths as an Attorney-at-Law on December 2010. Meantime holds Intermediate Level Professional qualification from the Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Sri Lanka.

Since the year 2002 have been working as a Revenue Officer of the Department of Inland Revenue. As Revenue officer, gained Individual, Partnership and Corporate level tax exposure and Legal Branch working experience as well. Meantime gained local and foreign trainings relating to Tax Administrative & Capacity Building aspects. Currently holds a Deputy Commissioner post of an Upper Corporate Sector Unit. Meantime reading for Masters of Information Technology Degree at the University of Kelaniya (2023 Batch).
