The following items that have been withdrawn from use by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka will be sold at a public auction to be held at the Commission’s premises on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, at 10:30 a.m.

Please be informed that all items purchased at the auction shall be settled by cash payment and removed from the office premises before 4:00 p.m. on the day of the auction.

Terms and Conditions for the Auction of Goods
- All persons intending to participate in the auction shall be permitted to enter the auction venue one hour prior to the scheduled commencement of the auction.
- Admission to the auction venue shall be restricted exclusively to intending purchasers.
- The identity of every person entering the premises shall be duly verified, and the signature of each entrant shall be obtained for official record purposes.
- Payment for all goods purchased at the auction shall be made immediately to the Finance Division of the Commission. All goods purchased shall be removed from the premises of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission before 4:00 p.m. on the same day.
- The conduct of any unauthorized or fraudulent auction within the Commission’s premises is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exert pressure or undue influence on persons participating in the auction is likewise prohibited. If the Auction Committee is satisfied that any such conduct has occurred, it shall have the authority to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the sale of any particular lot or, where deemed necessary, the cancellation of the auction in its entirety.
